GLOBE needs to hear the voice of hourly workers so that their concerns can be voiced, and the company can be educated to the issues faced by hourly workers in their environment.  Hourly employees are urged to join the group whether "out" at work or not.  As always, your membership and participation is confidential. Salaried employees who act as "email buddies" for hourly members are especially encouraged to make this effort known to their hourly friends, and to encourage them to contact us.

GLOBE members do not need to live in Michigan nor be able to attend any meetings to provide input on how best to serve hourly employees. You can use e-mail from home, or have an "email buddy" send your comments to the group through Ford's internal email system.  Comments and/or suggestions should be sent to Hourly Outreach liaison Bob Burrell at HourlyOutreach@FordGLOBE.org

If YOU are hourly, remember that YOU are the ones best able to identify areas of concern in various facilities all over the world and effective ways to address these concerns, to network, and share success stories.  Your input can help make a difference in your own life and those of thousands of hourly employees.
