| Ford GLOBE has available gay-friendly rainbow magnets for diversity council presentations, diversity fairs, and Ford gay-friendly allies. The colorful magnets are used in Ford cubicles and work areas to show support of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender (glbt) coworkers. It indicates a "safe space" supportive of a Ford work environment inclusive of sexual orientation issues, a space free of homophobic remarks or anti-gay sentiment. |
