- WELCOME TO THE UK CHAPTER OF GLOBE -

Globe is an employee resource group for gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender employees of the Ford Motor Company. In the UK, this encompasses Ford, Land Rover, Jaguar, Volvo, Mazda, their associates, pensioners, contract and agency staff. GLOBE is respected and officially sanctioned by the Ford Motor Company.

GLOBE’s aim is simple, to ensure gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees individually, and as a group, are treated the same as all other employees.
